RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are not offered. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of marks or scents, with all tags and hygiene liners attached, and returned in their original packaging. Because of the intimate nature of swimwear and our quality standards, items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Pieces marked Final Sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or issued store credit. This includes sale items, promotional discounts, and clearance styles.
EXCHANGE SHIPPING
We offer complimentary exchange shipping within the United States.
International customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs, and duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.
HOW TO START A RETURN (SELF-SERVE)
Returns can be started through your Asherah customer account. Log in with the email used on the original order, select the order you want to return, and submit your request. Once approved, you’ll receive a return label and instructions by email.
HOW STORE CREDIT WORKS
Store credit is tied to the email used on your original order. When you are logged into your Asherah account and proceed to checkout, your available credit will automatically appear on the payment page. If the credit covers the full amount, it will apply in full. If the order total exceeds your available credit, you can pay the remaining balance with any other payment method. There are no codes to enter—credit applies automatically when you’re logged in. If you do not see your credit at checkout, make sure you are signed in with the correct email or contact us at CustomerService@AsherahSwimwear.com for assistance.
