Many Asherah Swimwear pieces are handmade or made to order in limited quantities. Due to the detailed craftsmanship, artisan trims, hand-beading, fringe work, and specialty materials used throughout our collections, processing times may vary.
Most made-to-order items ship within 2–7 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description.
Because many pieces are produced in small batches or handmade individually, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the unique nature of the garment.
We intentionally create limited quantities to maintain the exclusivity and craftsmanship of each collection. Once a style sells out, it may not be restocked.
If you have a travel deadline or need a piece by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
PRE-ORDER
Pre-order items require extended processing time and will ship at a later date. Estimated ship dates are listed in the product description and may vary.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, all items will ship together unless otherwise arranged.

CHANGE/CANCEL ORDER
If you need to make changes to your order, please email us at CustomerService@AsherahSwimwear.com right away. While we’ll do our best to assist, there may be cases where we’re unable to modify your order.

SALE PRICE POLICY
The price shown at checkout is the final price, and we cannot offer price adjustments for any changes after your purchase.
All sale and clearance items, including those purchased with a promo code, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
UNAVAILABLE SIZES
If a size or color isn’t showing in the dropdown menu, it means that option is sold out. We create limited quantities of each collection to keep our designs fresh, and once an item is gone, it’s usually not restocked.
If your size isn’t available, we recommend checking back regularly or reaching out to us—we’re happy to help!
DAMAGES
We guarantee our clothing to be free from damage for the first 30 days from your order date, as long as care instructions are followed.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please let us know within 5 days of receiving it. We’ll gladly exchange the unworn, unwashed item for the same one at no cost to you.
Our suits are delicate and may experience normal wear and tear over time, so please handle them with care!
DIGITAL GIFT CARDS
Digital gift cards are delivered via email the same day or next business day. Some orders may require verification.
Please ensure the recipient’s email address is correct at checkout. Gift cards are sent to the purchaser, who is responsible for forwarding or printing them.
Asherah Swimwear reserves the right to cancel or hold gift card orders in cases of suspected fraud.
