PRE-ORDER

Pre-Order items have a longer processing time and will ship at a later date. Shipping dates are provided in the product description and may vary.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, everything will be shipped together unless we make other arrangements.

Please note, pre-order purchases cannot be canceled.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Any calls, emails, or messages received outside of these hours will be responded to on the next business day.

CHANGE/CANCEL ORDER

If you need to make changes to your order, please email us at CustomerService@AsherahSwimwear.com right away. While we’ll do our best to assist, there may be cases where we’re unable to modify your order.

Please note, pre-order purchases cannot be canceled. Also, gift cards and purchases made with gift cards are final sale.

SALE PRICE POLICY

The price shown at checkout is the final price, and we cannot offer price adjustments for any changes after your purchase.

Please note, all sale and clearance items, including those purchased with a promo code, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

PROMO CODES

You can enter valid promo codes on the checkout page. Please make sure your promo code is entered correctly, as they are case sensitive.

Once applied, double-check that the code is reflected in the Order Review section before completing your purchase. Only one promo code can be used per order.

Please note:

  • Expired promo codes cannot be applied to future orders.
  • Current promotions cannot be applied to past purchases.
  • If you are exchanging items that used a discount code, we’ll apply the original code to your exchange order, but only for the same number of items.

DIGITAL GIFT CARDS

Your gift card will be delivered via email the same day or next day. Some orders may be subject to verification, which could cause a slight delay.

Important:

  • Ensure the recipient’s email address is correct at checkout—we are not responsible for undeliverable gift cards due to incorrect email entries.
  • Gift cards are sent to the purchaser, who is responsible for forwarding them to the intended recipient or printing them for gifting.
  • If an email is returned due to an invalid address, we will contact the purchaser for updated information.

Fraud Prevention
Asherah Swimwear reserves the right to cancel, hold, or refuse gift card orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect denominations, or other violations of our policies.

GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

✔️ All gift card purchases are FINAL SALE.
✔️ Gift cards never expire and do not lose value over time.
✔️ Any remaining balance after a purchase can be used for future orders.
✔️ If your order total exceeds your gift card balance, you can pay the difference with a credit/debit card, PayPal, or another gift card.
✔️ Gift cards cannot be returned, canceled, exchanged for cash, or replaced if lost or stolen—please treat them like cash.

UNAVAILABLE SIZES

If a size or color isn’t showing in the dropdown menu, it means that option is sold out. We create limited quantities of each collection to keep our designs fresh, and once an item is gone, it’s usually not restocked.

If your size isn’t available, we recommend checking back regularly or reaching out to us—we’re happy to help!

DAMAGES

We guarantee our clothing to be free from damage for the first 30 days from your order date, as long as care instructions are followed.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please let us know within 5 days of receiving it. We’ll gladly exchange the unworn, unwashed item for the same one at no cost to you.

Our suits are delicate and may experience normal wear and tear over time, so please handle them with care!
