INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

We proudly ship to most international destinations! Please review the following important details before placing your order.

No Returns on International Orders.

All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned for any reason.

IMPORT FEES & CUSTOMS CHARGES

When ordering from outside the U.S., your shipment may be subject to import fees, taxes, and customs duties charged by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may include:
✔️ Duties – Fees imposed by the destination country for imported goods
✔️ Freight – Shipping costs incurred by the carrier
✔️ Insurance – Optional coverage for your package
✔️ Taxes (VAT) – Government-imposed value-added tax
✔️ Brokerage Fees – Charges by customs brokers for processing your shipment
✔️ Disbursement Fees – Carrier-imposed fees for customs processing
✔️ Other Fees – Additional costs such as rural-area surcharges or transaction fees

Since these charges vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated costs before placing your order.

REUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

If you refuse a shipment or if it is deemed undeliverable, you will still be responsible for:

  • The cost of the merchandise
  • The original shipping charges
  • Any import fees incurred
  • The cost of returning the package to Asherah Swimwear

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Once your order has been shipped, the responsibility for delivery is in the hands of the postal service. We do not issue refunds for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building management – Sometimes, packages are left in a safe location nearby.
  2. Wait 24-48 hours – Carriers occasionally mark a package as delivered before it arrives.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim: 

    • USPS: 1 (800) 275-8777

    • UPS: 1 (800)-742-5877
    • FED EX: 1 (800)-463-3339

Once a claim is filed, the carrier will investigate and determine the next steps. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
