At Asherah Swimwear, every order is handled with the same intention and craftsmanship we put into our designs. Each piece is produced and packed in small batches, ensuring a refined, elevated experience from checkout to delivery.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment.
During new drops, high-volume periods, and promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Processing times listed above apply to in-stock items. Made-to-order and pre-order timelines are noted on individual product pages.
MADE TO ORDER & PRE ORDER
Some designs are made to order or released as pre-orders, crafted in small batches to reduce waste and maintain the highest level of quality.
Production timelines for made-to-order or pre-order pieces are noted on the product page and may vary by style.
If your order includes a made-to-order or pre-order item, the entire order will ship together once all items are ready. For this reason, expedited shipping options may not be available when made-to-order items are included.

CANADA SHIPPING
Canadian orders ship via DHL Express or UPS International, depending on the fastest route at checkout.
Duties and taxes are determined by Canadian customs and are the responsibility of the customer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide using DHL Express Worldwide or UPS Worldwide Expedited, ensuring fast transit times and fully trackable service.
Import duties, taxes, and fees vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility.
ADDRESS CHANGES
We can update your address before your order ships.
Once a package is in transit, reroutes must be handled directly with the carrier.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Asherah Swimwear is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
We recommend shipping to a secure address whenever possible.
