At Asherah Swimwear, we want you to love your purchase! While we do not offer refunds, we gladly accept exchanges for eligible items. If there is a price difference in your exchange, a store credit will be issued via email. Store credits never expire and can be redeemed online at checkout in the gift card section.
EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
We accept exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and defect-free swimwear purchased from www.AsherahSwimwear.com provided that:
✔️ The item is in its original packaging
✔️ All tags are attached and the sanitary liner is in place
✔️ The exchange is initiated within 14 days of delivery (no exceptions)
FiNAL SALE: All sale or clearance items, including those purchased with a promo code, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR MERCH
- Fill Out the Return Form – This is included in your package. Complete it in full to avoid processing delays.
- Ship the Item Back – We do not provide prepaid return labels, so you’ll need to cover the return shipping costs. Exchange Address: Asherah Swimwear, 1150 Empire Central Place, Suite 118, Dallas, TX 75247
- Processing Your Exchange – Once received, we will process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- If the item you requested for exchange is out of stock, we will automatically issue a store credit instead.
- If the new item is higher in value, we will contact you to process the price difference.
- If the new item is lower in value, the remaining balance will be issued as a store credit (excluding shipping costs).
- Store credit cannot be used toward shipping fees.
- International orders: We do not accept or process international returns.
NEED HELP?
If your return form is incomplete, we will attempt to contact you three times via email. If we do not receive a response, a store credit will be issued automatically.
